How it works
Request → rules → call → results.
HayAICall is a voice agent that follows instructions. Here's what happens between your request and the result.
You describe the call
Personal: answer five short steps — who, what, details, review, call. Business: pick a template and fill in its inputs. You choose what the AI may share; anything else stays private.
Rules are attached
Each call carries a policy: allowed actions, restricted topics, actions that need a human's confirmation, and information the AI must never disclose. Business calls can require approval before dialing.
The AI calls in Japanese
It introduces itself as calling on behalf of you or your organization — with your greeting and an optional name, or as an AI assistant if you choose — states the purpose, listens, and responds in natural, polite Japanese — including interruptions, holds and clarifications.
It asks instead of guessing
If the other side asks something it wasn't given, it asks them to hold, asks you (in your language), and continues with your answer. If nobody answers in time, it says it will follow up.
You get structured results
The outcome first (for example a confirmed date and time), then what they asked you to do, documents to bring, open questions, a summary in your language, the Japanese transcript and the recording. Teams can define their own result fields and receive them by webhook.
Good to know
Honest answers.
Does the other person know they are talking to an AI?
By default the assistant introduces itself as calling on someone's behalf and doesn't bring up that it is an AI; you can set it to introduce itself as an AI assistant instead. Either way, it never pretends to be the person it calls for and never denies being an AI — if the other person asks, it answers honestly.
Which languages can I use?
Calls are in Japanese. Requests and results work in English, Vietnamese and Japanese today; more languages are planned.
What if the call goes somewhere unexpected?
The AI sticks to your purpose and policy. Anything outside it is escalated to a person or politely deferred — it never invents information.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, so you can review them. Recordings and transcripts are kept for a limited time that organizations can configure.
Is there a person listening?
No one listens by default. You can follow the call live in the app and answer the AI's questions.
