HayAICall is built by HayAITech. In Japan, a surprising amount of everyday life and business still runs on the phone: bookings, confirmations, follow-ups, administration. Those calls take time, need fluent Japanese, and rarely leave a record.
We're building an AI voice agent that can take those calls on: speaking natural Japanese, staying within the rules people and organizations set, asking a human when it should, and turning every conversation into a clear result.
We started with people who live in Japan and find phone calls in Japanese hard — that remains one of the most important things HayAICall does. But the same capability serves HR teams, staffing companies, support teams, property managers, schools, clinics and hospitality businesses: anyone who needs Japanese phone communication handled reliably.
Where we are
- Japan is our first market; calls are in Japanese.
- The app works in English and Vietnamese today; Japanese, Chinese and Korean are planned.
- We're in beta and work closely with early users and teams.
The name
“Hay” is Vietnamese for good and interesting, and はやい means fast in Japanese. HayAICall is a product of HayAITech.
